Can you be a CSA Director at the same time that you are sitting on a CSA Club's Executive Team?  
Yes.

Is postering during elections permitted? 
Poster Runs will be available during the Winter 2024 General Elections.

Which social media platforms are permitted for campaigning? 
All social media platforms are permitted (see social media guidelines in Campaign Package), all social media accounts must be declared to the Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) via email.

Positions and Duties

Board Composition

The affairs of the Central Student Association are managed by a Board of Directors of up to 35 persons including elected and appointed members.

The CSA Board of Directors is composed of elected Executive Officers (paid staff), two at-large elected Directors per College, one appointed Director from each member college government, and appointed Directors from various student groups.

CSA Elections

Each year, the Central Student Association Executive and Directors are elected to an office term of one year from May 1 to April 30.

As a full-time or part-time undergraduate student at the University of Guelph, you are a member of the Central Student Association and you have the right to elect your CSA Executive and Directors.
