How Do I Cast My Vote?

All voting occurs electronically through a survey that will be sent to all undergraduate student emails. The ballot link will also be posted in the form of a QR Code on the CSA Elections instagram page, as well as on various pieces of promotional material online and on-campus. Click here to visit the ballot and cast your vote!

Having trouble accessing the ballot? Email the Chief Returning Officer at csacro@uoguelph.ca for assistance. Please note that only registered undergraduate students for the Winter 2024 semester will have the ability to access the ballot. This includes undergraduate students currently on a co-op work term.

In-Person Polling Stations 

For the Spring 2024 By-Election, the CSA will be holding hybrid in-person polling stations in locations on campus where students can find out more information about the election and how to vote. Check out the locations below.
