How to Vote

Know Before You Vote!

Voting is now open for the Fall 2025 By-Election! Check out the information below for the ways to cast your vote. The voting period is open until Wednesday, October 15, at 11:59pm. Visit the Candidate Bios page to learn about the candidate’s and make an informed decision.

How Do I Cast My Vote?

All voting occurs electronically through a survey that will be sent to all undergraduate student emails in the colleges with candidates in the by-election. The ballot link will also be posted in the form of a QR Code on the CSA Elections Instagram page, as well as on various pieces of promotional material online and on-campus. Visit the ballot to cast your vote!

Having trouble accessing the ballot? Email the Chief Returning Officer at [email protected] for assistance. Please note that only registered undergraduate students for the Fall 2025 semester from the College of Computational, Mathematical, and Physical Sciences and the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences will have the ability to vote, as all other colleges do not have candidates for this election. This includes undergraduate students currently on a co-op work term.

In-Person Polling Stations

For the Fall 2025 By-Election, the CSA will have staff circulating in key areas on campus to inform students about the election and encourage them to vote.
