Bus Pass Update: Winter 2020

Dear Undergraduate Students,

The CSA has reached out to Guelph Transit to open discussions regarding a partial refund for our Winter 2020 students. Transit has assured us they will be fair with all clients. At this time, they are not able to address refunds, but I assure you they will open dialogue as soon as operationally possible.

Should a refund be approved by Guelph Transit and City Council, we expect all Winter 2020 students will receive a credit via their UofG student account. The CSA does not have the capacity to refund 20,000+ students.

The CSA will ensure timely communication to our membership of any final decision made by the City of Guelph and Guelph Transit regarding this matter.
