Building Cultures of Consent Workshop

Details

For Sexual Assault Prevention Month, we are partnering with Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis to deliver an interactive and skill-based workshop to give you the tools to be a campus and community leader in sexual violence prevention. Creating a culture of consent requires us to understand the extent that rape culture shows up in our everyday lives and giving individuals the skills to feel confident that they can play an active role in being part of the solution.

  • Join us virtually on May 25th from 6:00 - 7:30pm to learn more about what supports are available to survivors on campus and in the community, how you can be a supportive resource to survivors in your life and ways you can interrupt rape culture through bystander intervention.
  • This workshop is free and open to all those who are interested in gaining knowledge, skills and resources to be active allies in sexual violence prevention work.
