Executives:

CSA President: Quorum Met There were four candidates for the position of CSA President: Hartej Singh, Nate Broughton, Adam Ratkowski, Varnika Karavadi 2282 votes (10.21%) were cast. The results are as follows:

Hartej Singh (In favor of the candidate): 816
Adam Ratkowski (In favor of the candidate): 521
Nate Broughton (In favor of the candidate): 473
Varnika Karavadi (In favor of the candidate): 342
Decline: 130

Hartej Singh has been elected as CSA President.

Vice President, Academic: Quorum Met There was one candidate for the position of Vice President, Academic: Bawneet Singh. 2282 (10.21%) votes were cast. The results are as follows:

Yes (In favor of the candidate): 1753
No (Not in favor of the candidate): 156
Decline: 373

Bawneet Singh has been elected as Vice-President Academic.

Vice President, Student Experience: Quorum Met. There were two candidates for the position of Vice President, Student Experience: Simran Kalra and Manahil Zaid. 2282 (10.21%) votes were cast. The results are as follows:

Simran Kalra (In favor of the candidate): 861
Manahil Zaid (In favor of the candidate): 541
Max Mancuso (Disqualified): 526
Decline: 354

Simran Kalra has been elected as Vice-President Student Experience.

Vice President, External: Quorum Met There was one candidate for the position of Vice President, External: Natalie Wilkinson. 2282 (10.21%) votes were cast. The results are as follows:

Yes (In favor of the candidate): 1726
No (Not in favor of the candidate): 178
Decline: 378

Natalie Wilkinson has been elected as Vice-President External.

Candidate Update: Wednesday, April 10^th
Based on violations of the CSA Electoral Policy, the VP Student Experience candidate Max Mancuso, has been disqualified. Votes for the candidate will count towards quorum but cannot be recast. Pending appeals, if applicable.

CSA Spring 2024 By-Election

As we did not hit Executive quorum in our recently concluded Winter 2024 General Elections, we are having a Spring By-Election to specifically fill Executive positions to ensure students get their choice in who represents, advocates, and works for them! Our Bylaw dictates that we must have a Spring By-Election when the Winter General Election doesn't hit the 10% quorum, so the nomination period is open again!

Quorum Update - Monday, April 15^th
1,708 total responses with 68 invalid, 1,640 valid votes which is 7.34% quorum.

Quorum Update - Thursday, April 11^th
1545 total responses with 60 invalid, 1485 valid votes which is 6.64% quorum.

Quorum Update - Tuesday, April 9^th
1285 total responses with 48 invalid, 1237 valid votes which is 5.53% quorum.
