Dear Students,

The Central Student Association and the Graduate Student Association are happy to announce that Guelph Transit and City Council have agreed to our request for a pro-rated refund for your Winter 2020 bus pass fee and late night service fee. Student Financial Services has offered their support and will manage the refund process.

Students who were invoiced for a Winter bus pass and late night pass will have the credit of $55.12 applied toward their Fall 2020 bill. Once bills are posted, it will appear as ‘W20 Covid Bus/Latenight Pass Refund’ on your WebAdvisor, Account View (click Fall 2020, expand ‘Charges’ and look under ‘Other Fees’). For students who have graduated, are not returning in the fall, or would like to request the refund in advance of the fall semester due to extenuating circumstances, please email accquest@uoguelph.ca and submit your banking information on WebAdvisor to receive the refund by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Direct Deposit.
