
Clubs Days
Come check out all the clubs that the University of Guelph has to offer at Clubs Days! This is a great opportunity for you to find your niche and meet like-minded friends! Every Fall and Winter semester the CSA runs a two day event during the second week of classes, and every CSA club is invited to participate! 100 tables and chairs are set up within the first floor of the University Centre to allow space for clubs and organizations across campus to set up an information booth and advertise their group. As a CSA accredited club you get first dibs on a table! This is a great opportunity for new and returning clubs to recruit new members and promote their club. This is also a great event to attend if you are looking for a new club to join.

Clubs Days Fall 2025 – September 15 & 16, 2025
Sign-ups for Fall 2025 Clubs Days will open in late August/early September.
If your club is currently CSA-accredited for Summer 2025 (S25)*, you’ll get first priority when signing up for a table! Clubs and organizations that are either not yet accredited under the CSA or are accredited under a different PSO are still welcome to sign up. Any remaining tables not claimed by CSA-accredited clubs will then be distributed accordingly.
*Please note: Due to changes in the Summer 2025 accreditation process, only clubs accredited for Summer 2025 are considered CSA-accredited for signing-up for Clubs Days. If your club was not accredited for Summer 2025 but plans to apply for Fall 2025–Winter 2026 accreditation, you will still need to sign up using the NON-CSA Accredited Clubs form. Fall submissions are typically reviewed and approved by mid-October at the earliest.
