New GryphLife Platform Launch

We’ve got some exciting news to share! At the end of April we’re launching an updated GryphLife platform—one that will allow for greater event promotion, easier communication with students, and higher utilization of the I Am A Gryphon app. To do this, we are transitioning away from the previous app supplier Anthology and expanding our partnership with Campus Labs. This decision was made after extensive reviews of: the software, our evolving needs as an institution, and how to provide users with the best experience.

To be ready for the move to the new GryphLife platform, you will need you to complete the following steps by April 18th, 2026:

  • Start by downloading and saving your current roster from GryphLife. On your Organizations page, select Roster, then click the blue Export Roster button. You’ll then be able to see and download it from the My Downloads section of GryphLife.
  • Download and save any key documents and/or forms you’ve been using in GryphLife. This might include your group’s constitution or forms you use to gather information, for example.
  • Do you have events you run every year? Make sure you download and save those event details so you have historical records to reference going forward.
  • If you are planning events for this summer or next year, hold off on posting them until you have access to the updated GryphLife.
  • If you’re adding new students to your roster, don’t add them to the current roster-wait until the new site is live.

We’re really excited about making GryphLife an even better experience for promoting events and engaging students. As we move toward the launch of the updated GryphLife we’ll be sharing more information with you including a short training module, steps to get you ready for the updated GryphLife, and how to submit any events you’re running as part of O-Week 2026!

Don’t forget that we’re always here to support you and answer any questions you might have, we’ve got you!
