Past event: Menstrual Hygiene Initiative – Free Flow Market

Get ready for The Free Flow Market this Friday, April 11, 2025, from Noon to 1:30 pm in Branion Plaza! 🙌 We’re bringing you FREE period care essentials because everyone deserves access to menstrual care! 💖 
 
There will be 3 main market stations — each with something special:  
🍫 Station 1: “Chocolate Factory” 
Indulge in some high-magnesium chocolate that helps ease those menstrual cramps! 
(1 item per person!!) 
💧 Station 2: “Cup & Wash Oasis” 
Grab disc-style menstrual cups and soothing vaginal washes!  
👙 Station 3: “Underwear Utopia” 
Pick up comfy menstrual underwear for the ultimate period protection! 
 
Each student is allowed to get only one item per station (totaling a max. of 3 items) 
 
All you have to do is prove you’re an undergraduate student at the University of Guelph (show your student ID), and then you’re free to shop in the market! 🛍️ Everything is FREE — because menstrual care should never be a luxury! 💖
